Doug is the man! He helped us with our first townhouse. Later on, we did a refi, and he helped us with that. We spoke with several brokers when we started, but Doug stood out from the rest. After working with Doug for a while, I have found him to be very, very good at closing loans for individuals, and at explaining the lending process to new home buyers and to brand new rental property owners. We used Doug for a refi in earlier this year. It was a time of a lot of fluctuation and upward trend in the rates. What we appreciated during the process was how Doug laid out and explained all the rate / fee options and asked good questions so we could choose the right mortgage.
